Job Description

Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)position for a School District in New York.

Sunbelt Staffing is working with a school district in theMattydale, New York area, to locate a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for this academic school year.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid New York state license.
  • Experience with diabetes management in children is mandatory.
  • Must have a CPR and First Aid certification.

Job Details:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM -1 school with additional field trip coverage for classroom outings
  • Diabetic care experience is crucial, including the administration of insulin and continuous glucose monitoring.
  • Accompany special education classrooms on field trips, providing necessary medical care.
  • Serve as the health room nurse, attending to students' daily health needs and providing emergency care.
