Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a school district in Cottage Grove, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN who enjoys working with students and is comfortable supporting multiple school communities. The role will primarily consist of working in school health rooms and may include floating between several schools within the district as needed.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 2026-2027 school year
- Health room nursing responsibilities
- May float between multiple school sites within the district
- Provide care for students with acute and chronic health needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Respond to student illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to promote student health and wellness
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Previous pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Reliable transportation if assigned to multiple school locations

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $58.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
