School-Based Registered Behavior Technician 26/27 SY
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support to students in a school setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior plans, collect data, and support students' academic, social, and behavioral goals.
Requirements:
- Active RBT Certification (required)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support
- Implement behavior intervention programs
- Track and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervisors

Compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 to $39.25. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
