Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in a school, behavioral health, or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with educators, students, and families
  • Ability to follow and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable to different K-12 school settings as this is an itinerant role
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy and support in school settings across multiple locations
  • Collect data on student behaviors and progress towards individualized education or behavior goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and other educational professionals to deliver consistent intervention strategies
  • Support inclusive classroom environments and help implement positive behavioral supports
  • Travel between assigned schools as part of an itinerant caseload, with travel time compensated
  • Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
