Essential Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a school, behavioral health, or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with educators, students, and families
- Ability to follow and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable to different K-12 school settings as this is an itinerant role
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy and support in school settings across multiple locations
- Collect data on student behaviors and progress towards individualized education or behavior goals
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and other educational professionals to deliver consistent intervention strategies
- Support inclusive classroom environments and help implement positive behavioral supports
- Travel between assigned schools as part of an itinerant caseload, with travel time compensated
- Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
