A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-2 students in an elementary school setting. This role is focused on working directly with students exhibiting mild to severe behaviors, providing essential classroom support to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Location: Spartanburg, SC
Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
Schedule: 35-37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral challenges
• Monitor and document behavioral progress and data for students
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe, supportive classroom
• Assist in reinforcing skill acquisition and positive behavior development

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
• Experience working with children exhibiting mild to severe behavioral concerns
• Ability to work effectively within a K-2 classroom environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics
