To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in Massachusetts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multiple school teams
  • Previous experience with children or adolescents on the autism spectrum, preferred
  • Familiarity with evidence-based ABA interventions for school-aged children
  • Flexibility and adaptability for working in a dynamic, traveling schedule

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans in compliance with students needs
  • Collecting and documenting data on targeted behaviors and student progress
  • Collaborating with special education and behavioral teams to modify interventions as needed
  • Delivering one-on-one and small group support in classrooms or other school settings
  • Supporting students in the development of daily living and communication skills
  • Maintaining a positive, encouraging learning environment
