Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school district in Rochester, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop behavioral, social, and academic skills in a collaborative school environment.
Position Overview
Location: Rochester, NH
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Contracted through Sunbelt Staffing
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or designated school personnel.
Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
Collect and document student progress and behavioral data.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other members of the educational team.
Foster a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must meet all applicable state and district employment requirements.
