Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in child development or a related field is preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or relevant experience in applied behavior analysis.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting student needs.

Responsibilities:
