Job Description
This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) interested in working within a high school setting. The role involves providing direct behavioral support to students in a moderate to severe classroom environment. This contract position is onsite in Redwood City, CA, with a schedule of 35 hours per week and runs through June 5, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with school staff, clinicians, and families to implement behavior support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and organizational standards
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in good standing
- Experience working with students in moderate to severe disability classrooms preferred
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with educational teams
- Ability to adhere to treatment protocols and maintain confidentiality
