Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) interested in working within a high school setting. The role involves providing direct behavioral support to students in a moderate to severe classroom environment. This contract position is onsite in Redwood City, CA, with a schedule of 35 hours per week and runs through June 5, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform treatment adjustments
  • Collaborate with school staff, clinicians, and families to implement behavior support plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and organizational standards

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in good standing
  • Experience working with students in moderate to severe disability classrooms preferred
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with educational teams
  • Ability to adhere to treatment protocols and maintain confidentiality
