Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience providing ABA therapy to children, preferably in a school setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based ABA strategies, including DTT (Discrete Trial Training), NET (Natural Environment Teaching), prompting, and reinforcement systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 and small group ABA-based instruction to elementary students
• Implement intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect, maintain, and report accurate data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of support
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage growth and skill development
• Participate in ongoing professional development as needed
