Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to an elementary school setting near Quincy, MA! Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children, preferably in a school setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based ABA strategies, including DTT (Discrete Trial Training), NET (Natural Environment Teaching), prompting, and reinforcement systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 and small group ABA-based instruction to elementary students
- Implement intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect, maintain, and report accurate data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of support
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage growth and skill development
- Participate in ongoing professional development as needed
