Job Description
This opportunity is for a full-time Ed Tech III or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential paraprofessional support within an elementary school setting. The role involves assisting classroom teachers in delivering specialized educational services to students, with a focus on behavioral support and individualized instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers by delivering paraprofessional assistance to students in an elementary school environment
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of certified behavior analysts
- Monitor student progress and assist in maintaining a positive and structured learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with educational staff to help meet the academic and behavioral needs of students
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required
Qualifications:
- Valid Ed Tech Certification III or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children in an educational or behavioral support capacity preferred
- Ability to work onsite full time, maintaining a professional and supportive presence within the classroom
- Strong communication and organizational skills
