This contract position offers the opportunity to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing targeted behavioral support in a vibrant school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Florida RBT certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse school settings
• Ability to build rapport with students on a 1:1 or small group basis (caseload: 1-2 students)
• Experience with children or adolescents in school environments preferred
• Understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data collection

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of supervising BCBA
• Track and report data related to behavioral goals and objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students success
• Adapt interventions to meet unique needs, ensuring a supportive learning atmosphere
