Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in South Yarmouth, MA. This contract position runs for the current school year and involves one-on-one implementation of behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized behavior intervention services on a 1:1 basis with assigned students
  • Implement behavior plans and collect data as outlined by the BCBA
  • Collaborate closely with the educational team to support student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain flexibility to meet the dynamic needs of the school environment and student caseload

Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or ABA Therapist certification valid in Massachusetts
  • Experience working directly with children and adolescents, especially within the K-12 age range
  • Strong ability to follow behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and families
