Job Description

This position is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within a K-12 school setting in Marysville, CA. The role is a part-time, onsite contract position lasting from ASAP through the end of the current school year, with approximately 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide behavioral support services to students across grades K-12, applying evidence-based interventions under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with educators and clinical staff to adjust interventions as needed
  • Support positive student behavior through direct interaction and reinforcement strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold a current California license as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with K-12 students in behavioral support roles preferred
  • Availability to work onsite and maintain a consistent part-time schedule
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively support the educational team
