Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in education by supporting elementary-aged students with autism and related needs as a Registered Behavior Technician. This contract opportunity is located in the Lynn, MA area and offers the chance to deliver effective, evidence-based guidance while working in both one-on-one and small group environments.

As an RBT, you'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, applying proven techniques to help students gain critical academic, social, and behavioral skills. Your expertise will shape positive outcomes for students in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in school environments preferred
  • Understanding of instructional strategies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and reinforcement systems
  • Ability to provide individualized support in both 1:1 and small group settings
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA-based instruction using evidence-based strategies as directed by supervising BCBA or related professionals
  • Maintain clear and accurate data collection and progress notes for each student
  • Support elementary students in building social, behavioral, and academic skills within the school environment
  • Collaborate with educators and other support staff to consistently reinforce behavior plans and instructional approaches
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities as offered
