Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to provide essential support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within a K-12 school setting in Lincoln, California. The role is contracted for the current school year, providing part-time hours (approximately 10 hours per week) onsite to assist students across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data accurately related to student behaviors and progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards according to state licensure requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification licensed in California.
  • Experience working with children in a K-12 educational environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to follow detailed protocols and data collection procedures accurately.
