Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with children or youth, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to collect data accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Dependable, positive, and committed to making a difference

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to deliver ABA-based interventions
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and behavior teams
  • Support students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills
  • Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Adapt interventions and strategies to meet students changing needs
