Job Description

This opportunity is suited for a Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to support students in a K-12 school setting. The position is based onsite in Grass Valley, CA, with a part-time schedule of approximately 10 hours per week. The assignment starts ASAP and continues through the end of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collect data to document student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with educators and clinical staff to support individualized student goals
  • Maintain compliance with state and district policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in California
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes
