Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Implement tailored behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a qualified professional.
  • Utilize effective strategies to manage and redirect challenging behaviors, promoting positive interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Current California Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques preferred.
