Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician Opportunity in Connecticut.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Registered Behavior Technicianto work full-time in an elementary school health room near the Fairfield, Connecticut area.The RBT will work closely with students across a mixed caseload, supporting both academic and behavioral needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and school staff to integrate behavior support into the classroom environment.
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Active CT RBT Cert
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
