Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to deliver direct support to students within an elementary school classroom setting, focusing on assisting with behavioral and educational growth. The position requires dedication to fostering a positive learning environment while providing specialized support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Ed Tech III.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide paraprofessional support to students within an elementary school classroom.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of certified professionals.
  • Monitor student progress and assist with data collection.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to maintain a supportive educational environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and daily instructional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ed Tech Certification III or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full time, supporting a structured elementary classroom program.

Location: Bridgton, ME (onsite)

Employment Details:

  • Contract position for the school year (CSY) duration.
  • Full-time hours, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
