Qualifications:

  • Active MA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or relevant experience as a paraprofessional.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral techniques and interventions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 1:1 setting, particularly with students having complex medical profiles and intellectual disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and support student needs.

Location:
Boston, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to high school students with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of certified staff.
  • Monitor and document student progress and responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create supportive learning experiences.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in training as required.
