This position offers a rewarding opportunity to support students in a K-12 school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Auburn, CA. The role involves delivering behavior analysis services onsite on a part-time basis, with an expected commitment of approximately 10 hours per week. This contract assignment will run from ASAP through the end of the current school year, providing meaningful impact within the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in California
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
