A Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available in an elementary school setting, serving students in grades K-2. This role primarily focuses on providing direct support to students exhibiting mild to severe behavioral challenges. The position is ideal for professionals skilled in behavior intervention and classroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral support and intervention within the K-2 classroom
• Assist in managing and addressing mild to severe behavioral issues to promote a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to implement behavior plans and track progress
• Provide data collection and documentation to support student behavioral goals
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience working with children exhibiting a range of behavioral challenges, preferably in an elementary school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively support teachers and students
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a school environment

Location:

• Position based in Anderson, South Carolina

Position Details:

• Contract role covering the current school year (CSY)
• Full-time schedule, approximately 35 to 37.5 hours per week
