A Physical Therapist is needed for a K-12 school to provide specialized therapy services during the extended school year. This role supports students across three different locations, offering tailored physical therapy interventions designed to enhance students mobility and functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students across three different sites, managing caseloads of approximately 8 students at one location, and 1 student at each of the other two locations.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each students needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with school-age children (K-12) preferred.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
