Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services as outlined in IEPs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to implement therapeutic interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student caseloads and overall development.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Physical Therapy License.
  • Experience in school-based physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an itinerant role across multiple school sites.
