Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist License
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds

Location: Stamford, CT

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat students with speech and language disorders using appropriate therapeutic techniques
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for less than 15 students, tailored to their unique needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student goals
  • Utilize teletherapy tools as needed to reach students effectively
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
