Job Description

A school-based physical therapy opportunity is available in San Francisco, CA, supporting K-12 students across multiple sites. This contract position runs from September 15, 2025, through June 3, 2026, offering a full-time (40 hours per week) schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services on an itinerant basis across the district, serving early childhood through transition-age students. Due to the distributed caseload, the role involves traveling to various schoolspotentially up to a dozenproviding specialized care tailored to small groups of students at each location. This position requires on-site presence only.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Valid California Physical Therapist license
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, preferably K-12
  • Ability to manage a flexible and itinerant caseload
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Capacity to organize and prioritize multiple school assignments efficiently
