Job Description

A Physical Therapist is needed to provide services for a K-12 school caseload in Rochester, NY. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, with options ranging from three days per week up to full-time availability. The role is contract-based for the current school year (CSY) and focuses on delivering skilled physical therapy interventions to students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy services tailored to K-12 students needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student success.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to promote mobility and functional independence.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs).

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based therapy settings.
