Job Description

Your Role:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy support under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist within school settings.
  • Work with a diverse caseload of K-12 students, helping them achieve educational and developmental goals.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs while tracking progress and documenting service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students integration and participation within school activities.
  • Adapt therapeutic interventions using creativity and flexibility to meet daily challenges.

What Were Looking For:

  • Current Massachusetts COTA license (required).
  • Previous experience or strong interest working in school-based or pediatric settings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively partner with staff, students, and families.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students of various backgrounds and abilities.
