A Physical Therapist is sought for a contract position serving a K-12 school setting in Pittsford, NY. This role offers flexible scheduling with options ranging from three days per week up to full time to accommodate varying availability and caseload demands throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students across a K-12 caseload, supporting their physical development and educational needs
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and ongoing progress assessments
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and program requirements
