Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Washington State PT license
• ESA certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in school settings preferred

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' physical therapy goals.
• Assignments will be determined based on staff strengths and caseload requirements.
