As a valued physical therapist, you will spend a half day each week (4 hours) with a small caseload of fewer than 10 students, delivering focused care that promotes mobility, independence, and success in the educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license required
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and related service professionals
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based interventions
• Excellent organization and time management abilities to maximize impact during limited hours

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement tailored physical therapy programs to address each students unique needs
• Work collaboratively with educational teams to support students participation in school activities
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress monitoring
• Provide guidance, resources, and training to staff and families related to physical therapy interventions
• Contribute to IEP meetings and planning as part of a multidisciplinary team
