Job Description
A physical therapy contract position is available for the current school year at a K-12 school located in Monument, CO. This role involves providing onsite physical therapy services primarily to students in grades K-8.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering approximately 60 minutes of direct physical therapy service per month to a student caseload
- Providing 15 minutes per month of indirect or consultative services for each student
- Conducting a physical therapist evaluation for a student with an open reevaluation
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- Experience working as a Physical Therapist in school settings is preferred

- Hours: Approximately 1.5 hours per week onsite
