A physical therapy contract position is available for the current school year at a K-12 school located in Monument, CO. This role involves providing onsite physical therapy services primarily to students in grades K-8.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering approximately 60 minutes of direct physical therapy service per month to a student caseload
• Providing 15 minutes per month of indirect or consultative services for each student
• Conducting a physical therapist evaluation for a student with an open reevaluation

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
• Experience working as a Physical Therapist in school settings is preferred

• Hours: Approximately 1.5 hours per week onsite
