Location: Montesano, WA
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and staff strengths.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, fostering their educational and developmental growth.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student progress and needs.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Washington State Physical Therapy license.
• ESA certification for school-based practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments is preferred.
