Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience working with children or within school-based settings highly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Strong communication skills, both with students and collaborative teams
• Adaptability to changing school environments and schedules
• Proficiency in thorough documentation and maintenance of student progress records

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students physical abilities and create tailored therapy goals
• Implement effective, evidence-based therapy interventions and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to align physical therapy with classroom activities and student IEPs
