This contract role is onsite and involves working closely with a diverse range of students across pre-k through 12th grade. Youll have the chance to support student development, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and supervise dedicated PTAs spanning multiple schools.

Your expertise will be essential in providing direct therapy services to approximately 20 students, conducting thorough assessments, completing all required reports, and actively participating in meetings as needed. This position offers a balanced workweek of 37.5 hours, supporting students growth and enhancing their educational experience.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active West Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Familiarity with managing a diverse caseload covering pre-k through 12th grade
• Confidence in conducting student assessments and delivering clear, concise reports
• Ability to collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable supervising PTAs and ensuring best practices across multiple school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT services to students following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Administer assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation and reports
• Attend all relevant meetings and interdisciplinary team collaborations
• Offer guidance and supervision to PTAs across various locations and age groups
