A full-time, onsite Physical Therapist position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 setting located in Joliet, IL. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential therapy services to students in an educational environment, supporting their physical development and ability to fully participate in school activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals within the educational program
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing supportive strategies for student success

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Physical Therapy License is required
• Experience working with the pediatric population in a school or clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families
• Ability to manage caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently
