A Physical Therapist is needed for a full-time contract position in a K-12 school setting located in Hayden, ID. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential therapeutic services to a diverse student caseload from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Location: Hayden, Idaho Work Setting: Onsite, K-12 School Hours: Full-time Caseload: Approximately 45 students, with 38 receiving direct physical therapy services

Qualifications:

• Valid Idaho Physical Therapist License required
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with educational staff

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring physical therapy
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress regularly
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support each students educational goals
• Document all services and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
