Physical Therapist (PT) | PreK-12 School-Based Opportunity | Full-Time | Halltown, WV
Location: Halltown, West Virginia area
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
School Year: August 2026 - May 2027

Job Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to students across PreK-12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Support students with mobility, positioning, strength, balance, and functional movement skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Active West Virginia Physical Therapist (PT) License required
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support students with diverse physical and developmental needs
- Commitment to improving student access, independence, and educational outcomes
