A Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity is available for a K-8 school setting in Fountain, CO, with a contract extending through the current school year. This role involves delivering specialized physical therapy services on-site to support the mobility and physical development of one student requiring both direct and consultative interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 60 minutes of direct physical therapy services and 15 minutes of indirect/consultative services per month to a single student.
• Conduct a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation in response to an open reevaluation.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the student's educational program.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports to support student development and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the NC Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Experience or interest in working within a school-based K-8 environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Position Details:

• Location: Fountain, CO.
• Schedule: Approximately 1.5 hours per week on-site.
• Contract duration: From ASAP through the end of the school year.
• Caseload: Services focused on one student with ongoing evaluation needs.
