Job Description

A full-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide specialized services in a K-12 school setting from January 2026 through June 2026. This contract position is based in Endicott, NY, and offers an opportunity to support students physical development and functional abilities within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the school day.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist credential appropriate for school-based practice.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and related therapy requirements.
