Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Active IL Physical Therapist licensure
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions for K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility and participation in school activities
