Job Description
This part-time Physical Therapist position serves K-12 students in a school setting located in Hatfield, MA. Working five days per week, you will play a vital role in supporting childrens physical development and enhancing their ability to participate fully in educational activities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Ability to provide individualized treatment plans and document progress effectively
Responsibilities:
- Assess the physical needs of students and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve students mobility and function
- Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the school day
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and school policies
