This onsite position offers a consistent schedule at 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to leave a meaningful impact on the lives of approximately 20 students across various grade levels.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid West Virginia PT license required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, reporting, and documentation skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) across multiple schools and age groups
• Solid communication skills for collaboration with educational teams, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT services to a caseload of students, adapting interventions to meet a variety of physical and developmental needs
• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide comprehensive reports for each student, ensuring compliance with school and state guidelines
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings as needed to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide supervision and guidance to PTAs working within the district
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
