Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite physical therapy services as outlined in students individualized education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students achieve their optimal level of independence and function
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing educational team communications
• Deliver evidence-based treatment and monitor student progress, making recommendations for modifications as needed
• Serve as a resource to school personnel on mobility, equipment, and physical development
