Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license (IL PT)
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt to varied student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services to K-12 students
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
• Develop and implement treatment strategies tailored to individual students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student participation and safety
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies and equipment to promote student independence
