As a part-time Physical Therapist, youll have the opportunity to engage with students in an elementary school, a high school, and a transition programall within a supportive therapeutic day school environment. Qualifications:

• Current and valid Illinois Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Previous experience in a school-based or therapeutic day school setting preferred
• Understanding of IEPs and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and encourage carryover of strategies
• Travel between assigned sites (elementary, high school, and transition program) as needed during the workweek
• Participate in team meetings to contribute expertise and suggestions for student programming
