A full-time paraprofessional opportunity is available to support students aged 18-22 in a transition setting at a high school level. This role requires compassionate assistance, focusing on enhancing educational and developmental outcomes for young adults. The position is contracted for the current school year and is located in Yorkville, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students within the transition program (ages 18-22)
• Assist with daily living skills, including toileting assistance
• Collaborate with educators and therapy staff to implement instructional plans
• Monitor and encourage student progress to promote independence
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or working with individuals with special needs preferred
