Immediate openings are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels on a contract basis. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable working with students across a range of ages and abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with teachers and staff
• Patience, flexibility, and willingness to support both academic and behavioral needs
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing classroom situations
• Associates degree, completed paraprofessional certification, or equivalent experience (where required)

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide direct support to students, both individually and in small groups
• Help maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
• Document and report student progress and behavior as needed
• Support students with special needs according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
